A conversation recorded at our Andheri studio on batch sizes, curing time, and why readiness — not a calendar — decides when a bar is released.
Every bar is poured, cut and cured by hand in small batches. Nothing is accelerated, and nothing is released before it has settled. This is the least efficient part of our process and the one we are least willing to change.
The conversation covers how ingredients are selected for behaviour over time rather than immediate effect, why colour and texture vary slightly between batches, and how a bar earns a place in the permanent range.
It closes on the studio itself: a working room in Andheri East where the shelves are read as a calendar, each rack marking a week of curing.
