Our bars are formulated to be mild and are free from the harsh sulphates and synthetic fragrance that commonly cause irritation. That said, every skin is different, so if you are prone to reactions we recommend a patch test on a small area first, and consulting your dermatologist if you have a diagnosed skin condition.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed, as we begin packing shortly after. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If something is wrong, contact us immediately and we will help where we can.

We ship across India. Every order is packed carefully so your products arrive in the condition they left us.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM within Mumbai are delivered the next day. For the rest of India, delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. Timelines shown at checkout are estimates.

Delivery is free on all orders above ₹1999. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Your bag will show you how much more to add to qualify for free delivery.

No. Because bath and personal care products are intimate in nature, we follow a strict no-return policy for reasons of hygiene, safety and product integrity. This applies to used, opened and unopened items alike, including a change of mind or a preference around fragrance.

Once an order is placed and confirmed we do not issue cash refunds, store credit or exchanges.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@bathelement.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We assess every case individually and will work towards a fair resolution, including replacement of damaged or defective items.

Keep it on a well-draining soap dish, away from the direct spray of the shower, and let it dry fully between uses. Cold-process soap softens if it sits in standing water, so drainage makes the biggest difference to how long a bar lasts.

Add a generous handful to a tub of warm running water and let it dissolve before you step in. Soak for fifteen to twenty minutes, then rinse off with clean water.

Apply to clean, slightly damp skin straight after a bath or shower. Warm a small amount between your palms first, then work it in. Damp skin lets the butter absorb more evenly and helps hold moisture in.

Store everything in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural ingredients respond to heat and humidity, so a closed cupboard is better than an open windowsill.
