Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Bathelement is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Bathelement, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality bath essentials and personal care products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
1. No Returns
All purchases made on bathelement.com are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or personal preference.
As bath and personal care products are intimate in nature, we are unable to accept returns of used, opened, or even unopened items, in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
2. No Refunds
Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided. We do not issue cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges for any confirmed order.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@bathelement.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work towards a fair resolution.
