3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, with full refund if payment was collected.

4. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order after confirmation due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love every Bathelement product. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only.
• Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
• To initiate a return, email us at care@bathelement.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• We do not offer exchanges unless the original product was damaged or defective.
